iServe Hospice Hospice Team

As we’re owned by nurses, the nursing staff at iServe Hospice are experienced in carrying out our weekly evaluations and reports shared amongst the care team. Our nurses focus on comfort and quality of life to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients.

Our nursing aides help patients with activities of daily living (ADL) like bathing, feeding, transfers, changing linen, and incontinent care.

Social workers play an important role in assessing our patients’ and their families’ psychosocial needs. They can also support families by helping them connect with the right community resources.

The emotional and spiritual needs of our patients are just as important as the physical ones, and our chaplain can help support the spiritual needs of our patients. This care will often include spiritual and emotional counseling or just providing an open ear and comfort.

Our volunteers are special individuals who have a genuine love for caring for our patients who need companionship and friendship. Volunteers also provide assistance with care team tasks while supporting the family.
